Dr Heffelfinger took me in as an emergency case on the same day I called in. Her immediate action cured me of a very serious eye infection. I am forever grateful for her professional commitment to excellent care. In addition, her staff is equally professional and genuinely emphatic.

My visit and exam were perfect. The DR was confident and comforting. I felt well taken care of. The staff was friendly and efficient. I definitely recommend this office for eye care. OH! And they have an amazing array of frames to choose from. I found the coolest frames ever!

I have been coming here for many years, first Dr. Bob now Dr. Dawn had my exam and CL fitting today. The tech, Dr. Dawn the front office everyone is top notch and friendly. plus all dog lovers, cats too.. I like RGP CL and Dr. Dawn is an expert with fit, comfort an vision..and all the testing equipment checks out vision fit and eye health in the most modern ways too. just a great office, so happy I know them and have for years

When I arrived as a new patient, the front receptionists were very welcoming and provided excellent customer service, especially Dr. Heffelfinger and her assistants who were professional, knowledgable, compassionate, and very helpful. It's been difficult to find an office that provides excellent treatment, and this practice has surpassed my expectations. Dr. Heffelfinger took her time performing a complete eye exam, explaining the results in depth, and delivering exceptional patient care. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I look forward to future visits!
